Spa Night for Body Recovery

Treating myself to an at-home spa night is one of my favorite ways to recover after a long, stressful week. After setting the tone with relaxing music, scents and lighting, I draw a bath and enjoy a well-earned soak. 

Creating a home spa sanctuary is an easy, affordable form of self-care. It’s a perfect way to let go of any tension created by a demanding job, a rigorous fitness regimen or any other daily activities that can imprint themselves onto your body and mind. Allowing yourself time to rest in this way also maintains glowing skin and provides anti-aging benefits.
