Self-love is an inside job that requires intention, vulnerability, and commitment. The term is often loosely tossed around as if it’s something we come out of the womb knowing how to do. This act is sometimes laced with guilt; all the while, it’s the most loving way we can contribute to society. The relationship you have with yourself transcends the relationships you have with others and the world around you.
